Sight-in Days

CRGC opens the rifle ranges to the general public and CRGC members prior to the start of the rifle hunting seasons to provide hunters the opportunity to ensure their firearms are properly sighted in prior to going hunting. The sight-in days are the two full middle weekends in September. The Oregon Hunters Association sometimes also has a table at the range to sign up members in the organization and offer tickets for firearms raffles. CRGC provides rifle ranges, targets, and experienced spotters at each firing point to help with the sighting in process.

The fees for these services are:

• $5.00 for each rifle sighted in.
• $1.00 deposit for each chamber flag, which is refunded when the flag is returned.

Sight-in days are from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm
